We do not quote off a guess or a square-footage table. We measure the rooflines, the peaks and whatever else you want lit, then build the number from what is actually there. The price we hand you is the price you pay, whether the job takes us an afternoon or most of a day.

How much does Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on the house: how many rooflines and peaks we're covering, how high and steep they are, and how much of the yard, trees and entryway you want lit.
We measure first and give you a free, firm quote before any work starts, with no surprise add-ons.
Do I own the lights?
You can go either way.
Our lease option covers lights, install, maintenance, takedown and storage.
If you'd rather own your custom-cut set, we build it and it stays yours.
What areas do you serve?
Gardner, Olathe, Spring Hill, Lenexa, Overland Park, Leawood and the surrounding Kansas City metro.
When should I book?
Design and build starts in early fall and the calendar fills by late October.
Booking early gets you the install window you want.
